hard way have I learned to live my life
comfortable with everyday's compromise
lessons from books aren't to be believed
you're gonna be judged by what u achieved
no matter how inhuman & mean you have been
atlast, the material-gain are only to be seen
tried my best not to be unfair and unjust
in the process have I lost all my vitue and trust
before I go mad , I did try to change myself
here I am on course with god's grace & help
I too might be seen selfish here onwards
but I was told that's the way forward.
I no longer be centre of all the redicule and fun
though I used to get pain but chose to blame none
I am happy that I have learnt to live like common man
pain is of course there for ceasing to exist as human.
